This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 3030 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3030 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using this platform. Continued use of 3030 after any changes to the terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register with false information or who are minors will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed without notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3030 platform. Registration must be done using a valid Malaysian phone number and accurate personal information. Accounts found to have registered more than once or using false information may be suspended without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 3030 support team within a reasonable time.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users agree not to use the 3030 platform for any unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that harms the platform or other users. The use of automated software, bots, or other technical methods to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
- Creating more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account without their permission is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
- Interfering with or causing damage to the platform's infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 3030 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can make deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX (online bank transfer). Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and are subject to current availability.
Every successful deposit is credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and can be reviewed in the deposit section of your account.
Withdrawals & Fund Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to an account verification process, the duration of which may vary depending on the chosen method. 3030 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain limit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Funds deposited into the platform cannot be automatically reversed. Should any transaction issue arise, users must contact the 3030 support team with the relevant transaction reference number within 7 days of the transaction date.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
3030 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, system manipulation, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 3030 support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in effect at that time.
Platform Liability Limits
3030 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or third-party failures. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 3030 makes no implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.
3030's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the account balance held by that user at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3030 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of 3030 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 3030.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 3030 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 3030 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own separate terms.
Any external links that may appear on the platform are provided for convenience only. 3030 does not guarantee the accuracy or security of those external sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
3030 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual notice to each user. The date of the latest update will be displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 3030 platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
